We specialise in organising and leading small group guided walks and scrambles in The Lake District, Scotland, Europe, Asia and Africa. We offer guided walks in the French Alps and with our 12 day Tour Du Mont Blanc. We also offer a guided walks in the English Lake District, the Scottish Highlands, Asia & North Africa.

Walking with an experienced Mountain Leader is an enjoyable, stress free way of experiencing the splendour of the hills without the worries of organising transport, accommodation, route selection and navigation. We can take you into superb mountain environments in summer or in winter. Let us do all your organising for you; just let us know where and when you want to go and let us do the rest!

Lake District walks and scrambles could include: ascents of Scafell, Langdale Pikes, Bowfell and Crinkle Crags as well as Great Gable, Hellvellyn and Fairfield.

A good scramble is a great day out as many scrambling routes are in exciting places away from the beaten path. By combining several routes we can enjoy the freedom of rough mountain country, avoid main paths and get back to a 'wilder' mountain experience.

Scottish walking itineraries could include:
'The Ring of Steal', a circuit of 7 summits
in The Mamores 'The Lochaber Traverse' from Aonach Mor to Grey Corries 'Bideam nam Bean', the highest mountain in Argyll or 'The Serpents Ridge', a traverse of the twin peaks of Beinn a' Bheithir.

This route takes you over six high passes, in comfortable stages, before culminating in an Ascent of Mount Toubkal. This is a true circuit of the mountain; no backtracking, mini loops or, with the exception of the ascent of Toubkal, no returns to the same campsite or village for a second night.

During your trek you will pass through Berber villages and rest in the shade of ancient walnut trees by the side of clear streams. You will follow mule tracks used by local people for centuries, cross high passes and eat authentic Moroccan food.

A delicious traditional tajine cooked to perfection by your trek cook makes an excellent end to a days walk.

From the summit of Toubkal you will be rewarded with sensational views across the entire Atlas chain. To the north we can look down over 2000m to the village of Aroumd, whilst to the south we can gaze over the line of rocky peaks stretching out across to the Sahara.
