Tock How Farm is a 16th century farm and cottage offering Bed & Breakfast accomodation at the farm and self-catering accommodation at nearby Hole House Cottage .
The Farmhouse and Cottage are situated in High Wray in the heart of the English Lake District overlooking Blelham Tarn and the valley towards Ambleside and the high fells rising above. High Wray is located close to Ambleside and Hawkshead and is this peaceful location is ideal for bird watching, fishing and walking.

Both properties were once owned by Beatrix Potter. When she died in 1943, she left fourteen farms and 4000 acres of land to The National Trust. The National Trust still own Tock How Farm, a family run 350 acre beef and sheep farm.
Five footpaths meet at the farm entrance - The Lake District National Park, Grisedale Forest and much, much more are here for you to enjoy.

Beatrix Potter once owned Tock How Farm which dates from the 17th century and is now owned by The National Trust. The farmhouse overlooks Blelham Tarn. This is designated as a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI).
This peaceful location is ideal for bird watching and fishing as well as walking.
Walkers can enjoy the five footpaths that meet at the farm entrance.
