These purpose built holiday lodges provide comfortable accommodation for up to six people. Situated on a sheltered site, there is ample space for children to play and for your barbecue. Parking is close by.

Accommodation comprises:

• Three bedrooms, (1 double, 1 twin, 1 with bunks)

• Bathroom with toilet, bath and shower

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Cooking is provided by electricity.

How To Book

• It is recommended that you make your Provisional Booking by phone to check the dates you require are available.

• We will hold your Provisional Booking for 5 working days .

• All reservations must be confirmed in writing accompanied by a non-refundable deposit of £50 per week. All weekends and midweek holidays are payable for in full at the time of booking. All prices are inclusive of V.A.T .

• Cheques should be made payable to " Patterdale Hall Estate Ltd ". UK Maestro, Visa, Eurocard, Access, Mastercard, JCB & Switch accepted.

• Many cheques raised on a non UK bank to transfer funds to the UK incur charges to both parties. If you use these methods of payment we will pass back to you any bank charges incurred.

• We invoice you within 28 days of your holiday for the balance due. This must be paid by return.

Extra Details
Each self catering property has its own colour television. All the accommodation is fully carpeted. All beds are provided with non-feather pillows and duvets. Visitors may bring their own bed linen and towels. A bed linen and towel hire service is available.
Laundry facilities and payphone are on site. All accommodation is fitted with electric cookers. Local Shops and Information Centre close by. The people you are most likely to speak to in the Estate Office are Sue Kay (General Manager) and Jon Holdsworth (Estate Administrator). Because our duties are not totally confined to the Office please leave your name and telephone numbers if you get the answer phone.
