Park House is a fine Victorian residence which has been carefully upgraded and modernised. It is warm, comfortable and has elegant interiors decorated to a high standard.

The house is in an ideal position in the town centre, with uninterrupted views across parkland to the fells beyond. It is only 2 minutes walk from buses, shops, pubs and cafés. There is private parking or parking by permit supplied.

Ambleside is a centre for walkers, with a range of walks from easy to strenuous starting from the door.

We serve a first class breakfast with choice of full English or vegetarian alternatives, using high quality foods

We have four en-suite double rooms each with tasteful luxury furnishings,
also two single rooms .
