Joan and Mike welcome you to Lincoln House - a beautiful slate-built B&B Guest House, set in the Cumbrian market town of Keswick in the heart of the Lake District National Park.
Originally a Victorian town house built in the late 1800's, Lincoln House now provides high standard centrally heated B&B bed and breakfast accommodation with large comfortable rooms (some en-suite), all tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished.
The guest house is ideally situated in a quiet cul-de-sac only two minutes walk into the centre of town, with ample parking available. Every guest room has fantastic views either towards Skiddaw to the North, and south towards Borrowdale and Newlands.
Keswick is an ideal base for exploring the Lakeland Fells - the Lake District being a delight for both serious walkers and strollers. Nearby are the lakes of Derwentwater, Bassenthwaite and Thirlmere and the whole town is surrounded
by magnificent mountain scenery.
Traditional Cumbrian architecture and a beautiful yet convenient location make
Lincoln House a perfect place to enjoy a few days away from it all.

Lincoln House caters for Bed and Breakfast guests in a charming traditional Keswick
guest house, situated a superb town centre location with magnificant views
in all directions.
The guest house itself dates back to the late 1800's and we have 7 guest rooms
available on a B&B basis, catering for a maximum of 14 people.
Our hearty Cumbrian Breakfast made using only the finest local produce will set you nicely for a day on the lake or on the fells - our homemade Cumberland sausage is our speciality. All our breakfast meats are supplied by traditional local butchers in Keswick.
Vegetarians can also be catered for, but please warn us in advance.
We are conviently located close to Keswick town centre (2 minutes), but in a quiet location and only a 15 minute walk to the shores of Derwentwater.

Bed & Breakfast Accommodation
Lincoln House has seven comfortable guest rooms available on a bed and breakfast basis, accommodating a maximum of 14 people.
The B&B accommodation comprises:-
- two en-suite double rooms with shower & WC.
- a superior ensuite room with magnificant views of Catbells.
- one family/triple room with one double bed two single beds en-suite with shower.
- one en-suite twin room with shower & WC.
- one standard double room with private bathroom. Dressing gown provided.
- Magnificant views of Skiddaw.
- two standard single rooms with shared shower room.
Every room has magnificent views of the Lake District fells from the bedroom windows. Skiddaw and Latrigg to the North, Clough Head and Walla Crag to the East, and Borrowdale, Newlands and Coledale to the South and West. Views don't come much better than this anywhere in the Lake District!
The house is Victorian, but has full central heating with all rooms having a colour television and coffee/tea making facilities. We also have private parking available.
