Yana and Ian welcome you to Holly-Wood Guest House, a beautiful Victorian built family home just a few minutes walk from Windermere Village Centre in the heart of the Lake District.

If you want a quiet break in friendly surroundings then Holly-Wood is the place for you!

Holly-Wood is a family owned Guest House in Windermere run by Yana and Ian Miall who offer a warm welcome to all their guests.

We are situated in a quiet position just 3 minutes walk from Windermere's village amenities and Bowness-on-Windermere, with its boat rides, is a short stroll down the hill.

The house is strictly non-smoking through-out and we are sorry that we are unable to accommodate pets. Well behaved children are welcome from 10 years old. We have a small car park at the rear of the property that can accommodate up to 3 vehicles.

Rooms are available from 2pm, if you will be arriving after 6pm please telephone to arrange. We ask you to vacate your room by 10.30am on day of departure. Hearty breakfasts both traditional and vegetarian are served in our spacious dining room between 8.30 am to 9.30 am. Breakfast can be served earlier if required, please discuss arrangements upon arrival.

Holly-Wood has 6 en-suite tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished rooms comprising of 3 doubles, a single, a twin and a family room for 3 people.

Tariff 2008

Child rates £20.00 per night under 16 sharing the family room with 2 adults.

(The above rates do not apply to Bank Holidays)

Minimum 2 nights stay on Fridays and Saturdays.

Minimum 3 nights stay on Bank Holiday weekends.

All prices are per person per night based on two people sharing a room.

Deposit
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking, the remaining balance will be required on the morning of departure. In the event that the booking is cancelled with seven full days notice, then no further payment will be required, however if cancellation or a no show takes place less than seven full days from the commencement of the booking then the full cost of the booking will be charged."
