" The Fairfield Guest House is Visit Britain & AA Four Star Guest house certified, and is an original Late Georgian Lakeland house which has just been completely refurbished. We have a large guest lounge, a licensed bar, free internet access with WiFi, and ample private parking. We also have a large mature garden with colourful flowers all year round overlooked by a charming terrace with a very old Wisteria. Bedrooms

All rooms are en suite and for two people we can offer a standard double or twin room, a family room (king size and single bed) with en suite bath and shower. We also have the following superior rooms: a four poster junior suite with full bathroom, and a four-poster double with a wet room two-person power shower with body jets, heated floor and massage pebbles.

New this year are three luxury rooms - the first has a sleigh-bed with a relaxing en suite featuring a deep-fill bath with integral lighting and air-spa, and a two-person power shower with hydro-massage unit.

The second has a four poster bed and has an en suite chromatherapy whirlpool bath. The third is a roofspace penthouse featuring a sitting area with views, an in-room air-spa bath, and a super-king size bed with large screen TV , and computer controlled mood lighting throughout. All rates include a full English breakfast with vegetarian options that  are cooked fresh for you each day. "
