Easedale Lodge is a charming Victorian town house in Ambleside town centre. It has been lovingly refurbished and extended to provide high quality accommodation. At Easedale you will find a friendly and informal atmosphere, complemented by an excellent quality of service - the perfect combination for a relaxtion holiday.

There is a spacious stylish dining room and quiet lounge as well as comfortable well-equipped bedrooms. The breakfast menu is extensive and varied, the tariff is reasonable and all diets are catered for by prior arrangement. We also have our own private car park for all guests.

The house has been tastefully decorated throughout, and furnished to a high standard with many interesting paintings adorning the walls. It is fully centrally heated. There is a peaceful friendly atmosphere and advice, maps and literature are available on all aspects of the area. A log fire is lit when appropriate. All Ambleside's amenities are close by making Easedale Lodge the ideal centre for your stay in Lakeland.

Accommodation

The bedrooms at Easedale Lodge each have their own character. Most are en-suite, the rest having separate but private bathrooms.

All are provided with every facility, including complimentary tea/coffee trays, television, radio, alarms and hair dryers.

Views vary, some rooms with town views, others over parkland to mountains. Rooms are priced accordingly. The beds are all doubles, except in the family room where there are also two bunk beds.

There is full central heating and a very comfortable residents' lounge is available for your relaxation.

We have our own car park to the rear, providing ample parking facilities for all guests.

Menu

We offer a delicious and extensive breakfast menu, catering for all tastes from traditional full English to special dietary requirements (please give prior notification of these).

A typical menu offers a choice of :

Cereals, Toast, Yoghurts, Fresh Fruit, Seeds

Eggs (fried, poached, scrambled, boiled), Bacon, Sausage, Tomatoes, Mushrooms, Beans, Hash Browns and Black Pudding.

Jams, Marmalade, specialist Teas and Coffees.

Tariff

Bed & Breakfast £35 to £45 per person per night according to room and season, based on two persons sharing room.

A credit card number secures your booking - All major cards accepted.

Please note we are a non-smoking house and we regret we do not accept pets.

Guests are requested to vacate rooms by 10.00am on departure day.

We are open all year except Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
