COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE -
LAKE DISTRICT LETS GO
Our aim at Lake District Let's Go [Click2Visit Ltd] is to
give excellent service to our Clients but we also recognise
that mistakes or things do and can go wrong occasionally.
We at Lake District Let's Go [Click2Visit Ltd] do take all
complaints seriously and our aim is to resolve the Clients
complaint promptly.
1. The Client would have to send a postal letter [recommend
recorded delivery post] to Lake District Let's Go [Click2Visit
Ltd] with the nature of the complaint. On receiving the letter
we will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days.
2. The aim of Lake District Let's Go [Click2Visit
Ltd] is to resolve all complaints within 7 working days with
a full response and outcome. If it is likely the complaint
will exceed this time we will inform the Client with an update
and the expected date of response. This will not be beyond
21 working days from when we receive your postal letter [recommend
recorded delivery post].
By entering into
an agreement you are indicating your acceptance of Lake District
