Croftlands Court is a sympathetically converted former 17th Century coach house and stable block , situated at Seaville Farm only 4 miles from the Victorian seaside town of Silloth, on the unspoilt Solway coast,  with its stunning views across the Solway Firth to the Scottish hills.

The Lake District National Park is only 15 scenic miles away and you are only 5 miles from the award winning sandy beach which runs down to the quaint seaside town of Allonby and on to Maryport.

Converted from a former 17th Century coach house and stable block, our 4 apartments and 1 cottage retain features, such as open beamed ceilings, and original stonework.
All of the properties are tastefully furnished and equipped to a high standard, and may be let singly or together for larger groups.
The properties are perfectly situated to take advantage of the variety
this area has on offer.

Golfer's can enjoy Cumbria's finest golf course at nearby Silloth, there are ample opportunities for sea fishing and the Solway marshes are extremely popular with bird watchers.
The historic city of Carlisle, founded by the Romans as part of the hadrian's Wall Defence is just 20 easy miles to the east..

Seaville farm is a working farm, with a prize winning herd of pedigree Jersey cows.
We can arrange to show you our herd, and the calves are cute and curious.
We also have miniature goats, a flock hens, ducks, rabbits, Kerry our little white terrier, and a farm cat for our visitors to enjoy.

You can take a pleasant walk from the doorstep, enjoy a cycle ride on our quiet country lanes, or take advantage of the varied routes and attractions this location offers.  
There is a farm bakery, where you can stock up on delicious homemade cakes and fresh farm eggs, or have a cup of tea or coffee with your choice of confectionary in our very pleasant "Cups and Saucers" tea room.

Our laundry room has 2 automatic washers, a drier, and a sink unit with drainer. 
There is an ironing board and iron.

Our wheelchair friendly appartments have widened doorways, and lowered Kitchen units, and all rooms are on the ground floor.

A welcome pack of basic groceries is available for a small charge.  Typically this could include bread, eggs, bacon, milk, cheese, tea, coffee and sugar. 
Vegetarian or other requirements can be arranged with your booking,
or anytime prior to your arrival.

Please note that in the interests of all visitors, we operate a non smoking policy in our cottages and apartments .
No pets please, as this is a working farm.
