We aim to provide high quality, fuss-free, and comfortable bed and breakfast accommodation in our Victorian town house, still with many original features.
We guarantee freedom from flowery wallpaper and doilies!
We are situated only 5 minutes walk from Keswick town centre and a short
stroll from the lakeside, and within easy access of the fells.
Bedrooms
We have a total of 6 bedrooms, 4 of which are ensuite doubles or twins, along with 2 single rooms(standard). the standard rooms all have their own wash basin, and share a bathroom and 2 toilets. All rooms are centrally heated, and have a tea, coffee, and hot chocolate making facilities.

Ikea than your granny's house!
The beds are large, firm, and guaranteed not saggy. In the ensuite
rooms, the doubles are positively huge.
Breakfast Room
We have a number of different breakfasts for you to chose from
- Full English , with Cumberland Sausage, bacon, free range egg, mushrooms, tomatoes, and baked beans
- Veggie , with veggie sausage, free range egg, hash browns, mushrooms, tomatoes and baked beans
- Scottish Kippers
- Continental , with croissant, yogurt, cold meats, and cheeses
To drink we have orange juice, tea, a selection of herbal teas, fresh coffee, and decaf.
There's a selection of cereals and fruit to start, and as much toast as you can eat!
We can cater for just about any special diet - just let us know when you're booking.
Garden
Four views of the garden, which catches the afternoon and evening sun - small but perfectly formed!
