This Luxury Prestige, 6-berth caravan is situated on the Popular Haven Site based at Lakeland Leisure Park , Flookburgh, South Lakes .
The Caravan itself is set in a quiet and friendly cul-de-sac just a short walk from the main site facilities. Ideal site location for a family with young children as it is away from the hustle and bustle of site traffic. You will discover a fully self-contained caravan, which can sleep up to 6 persons.

Set on the doorstep of the beautiful Lake District National Park , the site offers peace and tranquillity associated with the Lake District as well as offering all the facilities expected of a Haven site.
The Caravan
This Luxury home from home measuring 37' x 12' benefits of warm air central heating and instantaneous hot water.
Patio doors open to the lounge area that has two fitted sofas one with a pull out double bed. The feature central lounge has fully working gas fire for extra warmth in the colder months. Facilities include TV/DVD Combi with free-view,
video recorder and separate dining area.
There are 2 bedrooms (one of which with twin beds) both have brand new thick mattresses. The master bedroom has en-suite facilities which include a 5ft bath, WC and powerful shower. At the rear of the caravan is a second bathroom adjacent to the twin bedroom with powerful shower and WC. There is ample storage space throughout, Warm air central heating in all rooms. Extras include iron/ ironing board/ children's travel cot/baby seat.
Towels & Linen is NOT provided, but there are pillows and duvets for each bed.
The good-sized kitchen boasts a full size grill/oven and separate hob, microwave,
fridge with separate freezer compartment.
Inventory includes crockery for 6 persons, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, pans and cookware.
There is ample parking directly outside the caravan for up to 2x cars and a private paved patio area with table and chairs, ideal for barbeques and relaxing outdoors.
Some site facilities include club room and restaurant, arcades and games room, Indoor/outdoor swimming pools, including the brand new swimming Pool which opened in 2009. There is an on-site fish & chip shop, supermarket with bakery, launderette and children's play area.
This is an ideal base for touring and sightseeing the southern area of the Lake District and taking part in multi-activities.
What to see and do
Holker Hall, Gardens and Motor Museum only a 5 minute drive away is an impressive stately home set in 122 acres of parkland where herds of fallow deer have roamed for over 200 years. It is also home to the Lakeland Motor Museum. During the year a number of special events are held you are advised to visit their web site for details.
South Lakes Wild Animal Park is unique open zoo and one off UKs best wildlife conservation Zoo Park. Home to a wide vareity of wild animals from around the world where you can walk through and can touch and feed a number of animals.
Aquarium of the Lakes is a well set out and informative centre to visit on a rainy day. The aquarium contains many species of fish found in the lakes. You could take a steam train ride from Haverthwaite to the aquarium, then take a boat ride over to Fell Foot Park or even take a Lake Windermere Boat Cruise.
A visit to Ulverston on market day will charm you and also the birthplace of Stan Laurel, discover the Laurel and Hardy Musuem. South Lakeland offers the Coastal Town of Grange-over-Sands known as the Cumbrian Riviera with its views across Morecambe Bay. The town has been popular as a tourist trap since the Victorian times and the picturesque village of Cartmel is only a short drive away.
Have fun at Ducky's Farm meeting the animals whilst learning about farming methods in a friendly, safe environment for families, only a short walk away.
