Broadlands is a traditional Lakeland Stone built Victorian Guest House,
situated in a quiet but convenient location in Windermere, the heart of the Lake District.
It is owned and run by Brian and Janette Grundy
who have worked in the hospitality industry for over 25 years.
The house is immaculatley decorated and spotlessly clean. The five ensuite rooms are comfortably furnished and have been recently reburbished. Freshly cooked breakfasts are served in the airy dining room and we use as much local produce as is possible. We are happy to cater for special diets with previous notice.

We can offer advice on walks, places of interest to visit, and choosing a restaurant, from the many excellent ones available.
Brian is an avid golfer and will be happy to advise on the local courses.

Special breaks are often available for those who are able to stay for 3 nights or more. The Lake District is a beautiful place to visit in any season and we look forward to welcoming you to our home.
