CONISTON LAUNCH

Coniston LaunchConiston Launch offers cruises on Coniston Water being the third biggest Lake in the Lake District. The Launch boats are made in traditional timber and were built by craftsmen over eighty [80] years ago.

They also run two other special interests cruises: Campbells on Coniston where you will receive a full commentary as you follow the route and history of the attempts to break the World Water Speed Record and Donald Coniston LaunchCampbell fatal last bid at the record. Swallows & Amazons in which you explore the locations that Arthur Ransome's depicted in his much loved children's books.

They also offer a series of walks leaflets that are available to purchase on the boats and also provide a Coniston Launch for private charter for your group of up to 50 people during either the daytime or the evening.
