World Famous Cars of the Stars Motor Museum
Situated in Keswick
and was opened to the public in May 1989 and Gerry Anderson
[Thunderbirds] who officially opened the Museum in August
1990. The museum is owned by Peter Nelson who has brought
together cars that have been featured in films and television
programs.
You will see The Batmobiles, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang,
James Bonds Aston Martin, Laurel and Hardy's Model T,
Del Boy's Reliant Robin from the smash series Only Fools
and Horses, The Flintstones Cars, James Bond's Aston
Martin DB5 from 'Goldfinger' where the gadgets work
on the car plus various other James Bond vehicles ranging
from other Aston Martins, Lotus Esprits, Dr No's Flame
Throwing Dragon, Knightrider's KITT, Magnum's Ferrari,
A Team Van, Herbie the Love Bug, Noddy's Car and of
course Gerry Andersons Lady Pennelope's Pink Rolls Fab
One.

You will also find many other famous vehicles and even
motorcycles. The museum also has a collection of autographs
of famous people and even rides for the children.
Afterwards you can enter into the shop browse and purchase
your motoring memorabilia and gifts with Postcards of
the cars and Souvenir Guide with pictures and more information
about the exhibits.
Cars of the Stars museum is worth the visit.
